How To Use:
- Give the I’m from Rice Toner a good shake before use to blend the watery layer and rice emulsion together.
- Pour a coin-sized amount into your palm, or onto a cotton pad if you prefer the classic swipe method.
- Gently sweep the rice toner across your face and neck, and then pat lightly to help it absorb into skin.
- Once fully absorbed, follow with the rest of your skin care routine.
